I bought a new couch from Art Vans for $1100.00, the couch came damaged, I called to have them come fix it. After a week, they came, did not fix the couch, only partially. Called again, this time the technician said they had to order a part from China. Bought a Mattress and an adjustable bed frame from ArtVan March of 2015 the mattress was awful had to pay an additional $900 for another one by the time I was done spent $3,800 the bed is sagging the adjustable frame was $1,400 it sounds like the bolts are ready to fall off called Art Van today was told the bed had a one year warranty the salesman lied said it had a 10 year warranty never shop at art Van again got ripped off royalty my advice... We recently purchased a couch from Art Van. It had been 20 years since we had purchased anything from there and we must have forgotten what a joke this store is. First off their deals/sales are all lies. Second we have never gotten furniture there that didn't have to go back because of defects. I will never by another thing from Art Van furniture. I ordered a couch back on july 2nd. Got a phone call a week and half ago telling my i had a delivery scheduled for thur july 28. I never made or accepted delivery for that day, nor did someone call me telling me my couch came in. I pushed delivery to august 4 th. Got 3 phone calls from customer service confirming my delivery. Even got a phone call with a 3 hour time window. Well no one... Read more

Biggest scammers. Me and my family bought a matress (sleep to live) for 2800 dollars and was suppose to be high quality. The matress after two years is sunken down, is very uncomfortable, and I've had the worst sleep of my entire life. Do not be a victim!

I would never recommend purchasing floiring materials from art van. Carpet onstallers were great. I have gone to art van on alpine, Fter 30 minutes she said the flooring center would email me in 24 hrs. Six days later nothing. Call the flooring center in Shelby, I get an answering machine. I recently stopped at the Art Van in Alpena, MI, and was flabbergasted. They had a clearance tent outside, and the prices of various items (i.e. couches, recliners, etc.) were doubled in price! Seriously Art Van! Their prices are always jacked up so high that it is down right ridiculous. Will never ever go to Art Van again.

I am on my 3rd set from Art Van. First set couldnt be fixed and was horribly made. Went back in and spent over $1000 to get an all leather set. The 2nd set came all cracked with crumbs in it, dented and black covered the rag when cleaned. 3rd set wasn't even fully unloaded as the drivers deamed it 2 damaged. My first set came with tags. The next 2 did not. It was obvious this stuff was on the bottom of the truck with other stuff thrown on top.... Read more

We bought a table and 8 chairs at Art Van approx. 6 years ago and a chair leg just broke. There has not been any abnormal abuse to the chair other than daily wear and tear ( and actually less than that because we didn't use the table for about 3 years until we moved and bought a new house that had better access to the table). Called repair department 07/18/16 talked to Pam, Mgr. told her my couch cushion is torn in the seam, this furniture is used about 10 times a year, ask her to send me a new cushion cover was told I would have to pay for it because furniture is over 1 year old........ask to speak to someone else she told me there is no one else to talk to.........I feel since I have been a customer of yours since 1969 that I should be given this cushion for free...
