Just got screwed the same way. This company is not only a scam, but I bought 4K worth of furniture and had it delivered to my new home which was vacant until my arrival. Upon arriving and inspecting furniture everything was damaged. Sofa is ripped on rear, and all dining room tables have a manufacture defect. Hi bought from furniture from here bout 1year ago with warranty my in law was co signing I paid for furniture in full when asked to get a service call they said he has to get authorization from my coding we but meanwhile my husband signature and our address is on the sales receipt never again buying from this crooked company trying to make a dollar off the society trying to sell something they can't stand up to Just saying spendin your money... We visited the Art Van store in Toledo. We wanted to get the best price possible with cash on hand.... instead we received a lecture on Black Friday Pricing! We were told 85% of the consumers who leave the store don't return! Went in. Told the salesperson that i needed a wall hugger recliner. She assured me the one i ordered was. NOT! Called back to talk to salesperson. He assured me that the electronic version of recliner was a wall hugger. He agreed to wave the 15% restocking fee. Wasnt that nice. Purchased a dresser for my daughter, following pick up and unpackaging, found that the side of the dresser was damaged. Contacted Mishawaka, IN store, spoke with Sales Manager and was told that, since it was a pick up, the item could be replaced but I would be responsible for the transportation of the item. You will not get good service at this store. The people hired to help just stand around and look ***. The people at guest service are extremely rude including Jerry the manager that refused to offer his assistance. I would definitely reconsider if your in the market to buy furniture. I ordered more than $2,500 in Art Van Furniture and this is now the third time they have called to reschedule my delivery because all of the pieces are not available to be delivery. I purchase a buffet table at the Rockford Il Art Van Furniture, that I picked up that day was rainy and I couldn't check the piece good so two guy put the furniture in my van but they really had no idea ehat they're doing so i told them to cover it with a big blanket and to tie it again they didn't even know how to tie it .
