I purchased a table and chair set during liquidation on August 12, 2020 at the Warren location sitting at Schoenherr and 8 mile Rd. As part of the discount deal on the floor model I was asked to leave my purchase at the store until September 2, 2020.
I went in to pick up my items and was told that they were resold. The lady behind the counter ( Debbie ) said she had contracted corporate and request a refund check in the amount of $1500 be sent to the store for me to pick up. While there I asked for corporate number as well as a tracking number and was denied both.
I get to the store on the pick up date 9/11/20 and the store is completely empty. Where is my refund?

I bought the stain warranty and I can't even use it. I would have never bought a white couch if I would have known u would close in 3 months after I bought it.
I'm trying to submit for a refund
I made a purchase I never received my purchase because the store ending up going bankruptcy, so they said I had to send paper work showing that and now I have until tomorrow to send it but I don't know how and where to send the proof t for a refund

Seeking Warranty info for the Mandalay Chair I bought on 3/10/07 in Flint Michigan. The manufacture guaranteed this heavy duty product for life.
If Art Van can't repair or replace my chair then I want to contact the Manufacture directly. Please provide this contact information. Chair still looks great and I'm surprised it lasted 13 years under my weight.
I'm upset I can't find out how to repair or replace it. The springs failed and lost all support.

Furniture really bad condition I hate it was delivered something I did not order
I saw South bend FamI saw some furniture at the store I wanted it but it was already sold the sales person showed me a catalog He said he can order me the same *** when it was delivered it was not the same set its terrible its smaller the cushions slide off when you sit down the whole furniture slides across the floor poorly made terrible

Proof of purchase
I need to reach them I need a proof of purchase on an item that has warranty. This is ridiculous.
Never received my purchase
I was supposed to pick my purchase after march 24. Since it was coming from Michigsn.
Stores closed march 21st.
The store where I purchased had been closed ever since. I purchased in Bedford park, il.

I bought furniture with invoice number above.lost my recipt I like to know the brand of furniture and how much I spent.
Warranty
I spent about $4500 last year in the march and paid almost $600 for the full warranty. Now i have recliner with little stitches came off so called the store in Findlay, ohio.
It changed the name of the store and gave me 1800 so i dialed and no one answered. I went to fill the claim and asked me pic of receipt, actual damaged furniture and warranty papers. I sent everything but warranty papers because it was névér given to me. I called the store again, they checked everything the system and told me that it should be covered.
So i call the warranty people again and my case manager was busy so other person told me that she will call me back. I didn't hear any back so i emailed, and she said she can't do anything without details of warranty papers.
All i want is either fix my furniture or take everything back and give me.my money back. I have better things to spend $4500 on.

The Dreamer couch we purchased from you less than a year ago has shed feathers everywhere since day ONE. It is uncomfortable to sit down on, because the feathers poke through and scrape you through your clothes.
They shed EVERYWHERE.
It is miserable to clean up daily and for how expensive this couch was I am so disappointed in the quality. We want to switch this couch out as soon as possible, especially since we have since paid off couch and its Only been 8 months of ownership.
