We bought furniture from the Art Van location in Taylor MI and within 2 weeks the recliner on our chair went bad. I called the service dept. and they cant do anything because its past 7 days. Horrible cutomer service and our salespeeson never told us about having no warranty. Never buying furniture from them again!

I recently stopped at the Art Van in Alpena, MI, and was flabbergasted. They had a clearance tent outside, and the prices of various items (i.e. couches, recliners, etc.) were doubled in price! Seriously Art Van! Their prices are always jacked up so high that it is down right ridiculous. Will never ever go to Art Van again.

That is correct. They will send you an in store credit. I'm sure the salesperson failed to mention that. That happened a lot when I worked for them.
