Not able to reach ArtVan

A couple of open issues with ArtVan and now I am not able to get to them on any of their numbers to have someone address my concern. Issue # 1 - I bought a leather sofa which is not fitting right from the day they delivered, they tried replacing one piece of it but still the sofa is not fitting well, they are yet to fix that issue Issue #2 - For the amount, I spent they promised I will get a Coffee machine. I will get an email and I should claim it through the link in the email, after 2 months I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved and claim the coffee machine.

User's recommendation: I think this company is going through bankruptcy.

We were told we would receive a coffee maker when we bought a sofa from art van furniture.

We bought a sofa on Jan 1st at Naperville,IL Art van store.The sales person promised us that we would receive a coffee machine.But we havent received it till now.

Have not received my delivery.

I'm still waiting on a sofa I had just bought via Art van back in February. It said it would arrive mid March, but it's April and I'm concerned. I just would like an answer as to if I'll be able to receive my purchase, so I can either receive store credit/money back to purchase another one.

I came in February 26 purchased two items which was a rug and a mirror stand and then the store closed and no one returning my calls so I can receive what I PAID for

User's recommendation: Don’t shop with them. Poor customer service.

Extremely disappointed customers

About 2 Years ago I purchased a mattress which had multiple problems getting it delivered I ended up getting a $500 voucher to purchase something else. As soon as we found out that they were going be going out of business we ended up going to the store and picking on A-day bed, then the covid-19 struck hard and Art Van decided to close all their business 4 days before I got my purchase. I've made multiple times to try to resolve this By going to the corporate office and making phone calls. Which obviously got me nowhere.

I purchased a bed from this store a couple weeks ago, and then you closed the week I was supposed to pick up my bed. I just moved out the week I was supposed to have my bed, and now have to sleep on the floor because your company failed to contact me. I need to know if I am getting my bed, or if I am getting my money back.

Art Van Furniture paid in full, never received!

I purchased a bedroom set on 3/12/2020. The last day customers could pick up furniture in IL stores was 3/21/2020 due to covi-19. Mine was scheduled to be delivered either to store or bolingbrook warehouse on 4/2/2020. No one has heard anything from this company! I am now out of $2023.99 with no furniture. I need furniture and now am looking to buy elsewhere. I don't even want it anymore, I just want my money back! Should I be contacting a lawyer? They used the covi-19 as an excuse and laid off all their employees when they were originally scheduled to close May 31st.

Furniture paid for in full never deivered!

I purchased a livng set from Art Van on March 12, that was supposed to be delivered from the Michigan warehouse to the Bolingbrook warehouse on March 25, and due to the corona virus outbreak I was never notified that the store and warehouse would be closed. I really woud like my new furniture that I have paid for in full, or a refund. There are no working telephone numbers and the website is down. I would hate to think they have taken my money and ran. I have been a very loyal customer to them. Thank you

I have never received my refund check dated 3-7-2020

We came into to pay more on my sons bed and dresser which had been on hold since 8-11-19. To our shock the floor model had all been sold. We asked our sales lady and were told she was so sorry and we could go to the desk to get our refund. We were told the check had to come from the main office and could come to this store or be mailed to me. On 3-15-20 I called the main office and I was told I would have my check by 3-21-20. Guess What ???? I have never received a dime of my refund invoice 211-008**** for the amount of $1130.00. I have called the Rockford and was told they would get back to me. Never heard a word. The Main office does not answer the phone but I left a voice mail. Never heard a word. Where is my money ?????? Karen St John @ptkaren40@***.com.
