I bought some furniture and not able to get information on the furniture I order i have i item but not the other. And there in no way I contact art van. And I m paying for the item I don't have so because there's no contact for or to Art Van I don't want the item I'm waiting for about 2 months

About 2 Years ago I purchased a mattress which had multiple problems getting it delivered I ended up getting a $500 voucher to purchase something else. As soon as we found out that they were going be going out of business we ended up going to the store and picking on A-day bed, then the covid-19 struck hard and Art Van decided to close all their business 4 days before I got my purchase. I've made multiple times to try to resolve this By going to the corporate office and making phone calls. Which obviously got me nowhere.

I have never received my refund check dated 3-7-2020

We came into to pay more on my sons bed and dresser which had been on hold since 8-11-19. To our shock the floor model had all been sold. We asked our sales lady and were told she was so sorry and we could go to the desk to get our refund. We were told the check had to come from the main office and could come to this store or be mailed to me. On 3-15-20 I called the main office and I was told I would have my check by 3-21-20. Guess What ???? I have never received a dime of my refund invoice 211-008**** for the amount of $1130.00. I have called the Rockford and was told they would get back to me. Never heard a word. The Main office does not answer the phone but I left a voice mail. Never heard a word. Where is my money ?????? Karen St John @ptkaren40@***.com.

They didn't deliver

I paid for a couch in full of 1300 dollar and paid the 129 delivery fee and now two days later they aren't delivering my couch and are shutting there doors down and won't answer there phone to give me a refund and I feel I can't get my refund back yet and havent even received my couch

I hope you were wise and used a credit card. Just dispute the charge.

You can also dispute a debit card payment, but that is problematical. If you paid by check, you will become part of the bankruptcy action and will, no doubt lose your money.

I think these people need to think about somebody besides themselves. And realize what they are taking away from the communities.

I've been dealing with Art Van since 2010. I am very saddened to see it go. My experience with the company has been a wonderful one. I think it's horrible that a company that Mr Van Elslander spent his entire life building. Sell it to a company that is clueless, and clearly has no business sense. Art Van makes me sick closing up and I have a warranty for a bed that I paid 3000 dollars. I am not happy and every customer paying a debt or paid for a warranty should get a refund and keep the warranty

Have not received my delivery.

I'm still waiting on a sofa I had just bought via Art van back in February. It said it would arrive mid March, but it's April and I'm concerned. I just would like an answer as to if I'll be able to receive my purchase, so I can either receive store credit/money back to purchase another one.

Bought a mattress 3 years to the date. The mattress was a Hybrid mattress i sleep brand 3.0. Vey nice when we got it. My wife got the softer Tan side, when I got the more firm Green side. Mattress statrted to break down in first year. The softer side was breaking down and looked like my wife was sleeping in *** in the matresss. We went back to the store and salesman told us it would have to be at least a couple inches before warranty would cover it. So now 3 years to date, from when we bought the matresss , went back to store and warranty dept come out and looks over mattress and declares it defective. So we say, finally we are being heard. The warranty guy told us to go back to store and you will get a replacement. Our surprise now is the 15 year non pro rated warranty wants us to pay more to have the mattress replaced. WTF? Yes that's right. Now the mattess was discontinued, the new one cost 3 times more than the one we bought. Only 3 years earlier. Original mattress was about $1700. We got the mattress on sale for $899. Plus new premium adjustable bed frame. The new mattress has gone up to $2800. So they want to only give us the original price we paid for the mattress $899 and put toward the new price of $2800. We now only owe $2000 for replacement mattress. Again WTF just happened ? After a lot of debating they told us we could get a lesser valued mattress as a replacement. So that sounds just great. Buy a good quality mattress, if you want a replacement you can have this cheaper one you already know you don't want because you would have bought that one to begin with. We would rather not get a lower quality mattress. So their warranty is only as good as the purchase price you actually pay for the mattress. Doesn't matter if you get it on sale or not. If you shop and get what you think is a good deal you lose because if you get a dud like we did. You only get 1/3 of a new mattress. I would have thought they would stand behind their product especially since it was declared defective. No fault of ours. I will never shop there again.

This Store terrible. invoice #171-******* */14/20 The Salesman talked me into buying two chairs that were on the showroom floor but told me I had to pay for the chairs and they would send them to store because they had some in the warehouse. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone at that store or at the corporate office. This is terrible that someone is not answering the phone. At least answer and tell me a lie or something! You have my money, give me my chairs! CALL ME TODAY.
