My family and I have always shopped at ART VAN furniture Store.However my resent purchase has been disheartening.
I purchased at dinning room in Nov 2017 set for my Christmas Dinner. I received a damaged chair that was supposed to be replaced prior to event. I did not received my replacement chair until 4/2018. I told the company this was beyond acceptable and that I should be compensated.
I ONLY RECEIVED EXCUSES. This event occurred in Michigan at the TAYLOR MICH store. I have nothing else to add to this entry however I'm not able to post if I don't type 100 words.
