I both a bunk bed on March 13, 2012 when we received the bunk bed all parts of screws are missing. I'm not happy at all.

Also the furnature has been opened already. Case like this the store should atleast give us a discount because we received a bad item. I called the store and will not give a discount for an open box and incomplete parts. I ask them if they can atleast give us a discount for the bad furnature we received but they won't.

Bad enough we have to wait for one more day to be able to get the missing parts.

Then we still have to drive all the way to there warehouse to pick up the parts. Bad company to get your furniture
