I bought a leather living room set less than 6 months ago.I also bought the warranty with it, I specifically asked does it cover the leather and was informed YES!

Fast forward to now, the leather is tearing so I called Art Van warranty department, they say leather is only covered if it's peeling or ripping at the seams! I explain to her that I asked before I purchased the warranty about the leather and they said yes it's covered. She say they won't cover any rips/tears in the leather! Now I'm stuck with a brand ne living room set with a tear in it!

Pissed!I will never shop with them again!
