Bought brand new leather recliners with a warranty. When I got them home one recliner would not recline.
Called customer service and they sent a guy out-that was 8 *** months ago. Called and complained enough that they sent a guy out-said "oh-wrong part" after 5 months and still haven't received it after 8 months. Went into store and the "manager" never got out of his chair. Handed me the phone to call customer service.
She assured me someone would follow up with Me and of course no one has called. *** store with *** personel
