I have furniture being delivered tomorrow and am now being told that delivery is going to be between 8-11am.When this was scheduled, I was told they would make my order the last run of the day.
This was essentially promised to me. Now after spending over 1/2 hour on the phone with various people, I am basically being told that delivery time can't be promised and if I reschedule all my items will not be available. We unfortunately have ordered from Art Van in the past and this is nothing new. For such an established organization, I don't understand how the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.
I also feel cheated when the customer service is just dropped.
I have never been wowed by the quality of furniture either.This will be my last time shopping here.
