I ordered two nightstands for pick up. I had to repeatedly call and wait for up to an hour for a live person to tell me if they were at the store for pickup.

When I picked them up, they were both in boxes. Upon opening the boxes, it was clear that both of them were damaged. A "furniture doctor " came to my house six days later and said they were beyond repair. I heard nothing back from Art Van.

When I called four days later and waited for a live person for 30 minutes, I was told they are out of stock. No apology, no offer of delivering them to me when they came in. They could have cared less. Supposedly, when they come in, I can bring the damaged ones back & pick up new ones.


Do not buy from them. Their furniture is poor quality and their customer service is deplorable.
