Purchased Joanna Gaines dinning set with buffet and hutch from Taylor MI Art Van. It's the hutch and buffet that is the problem.

Poor quality and workmanship. Today was the 5th time they have tried to replace our set and again the drivers wouldn't even take it off the truck as the damage was worse than what we have in our home. We've called service manager, they have no answers and do not care, will not refund us. Went into the Taylor store spoke to a Manager, he said that service manager would have to approve refund but more than likely won't.

So we are stuck paying over $6500.00 for a dinning set we were so excited about getting! Isn't there something we can do, isn't there someone willing to help?

I didn't like: Before purchased they are on you like flys, After purchases they run away from you.
