I Purchased of set of 6 bar back stools and paid for the delivery. When the stools were delivered, one them was damaged.

art van agreed to replace the stool but next week they brought the wrong stool. They never come back and when I call them back, art van are in an opinion that it is customer responsibility to check back. Based on the poor service I wanted to return the whole set back but would cost me restocking fee for the 5 stools that are in good shape. So the bottom line is you pay for the things you buy, even if they deliver damaged goods and you want to return them, you need to pay the restocking fee.

This is very poor service and rip off.

I would never again buy from these cheats and does not know how to give service. I would recommend every one to avoid buying from art van.
