We purchased a chair from the clearance center and had to go back to pick it up

a few days later bc there weren’t any in stock in the store. When we got it Home, we figured out that the $349 clearance chair had hollow, plastic legs! When we picked it out, I specifically commented on how the wood legs matched the wood legs of our current furniture and the salesman NEVER mentioned they weren’t wood.

We figured it out as soon as we got home and called right away. Both the salesman and the store manager treated my husband like an idiot, questioning his ability to properly evaluate furniture, and said they couldn’t return it,

locate wood replacements or give us an additional discount. It’s ridiculous. If you sell quality furniture, then you shouldn’t have to have a no return policy and offer no leniency at all to customers.

We are returning the table we purchased the same night from the regular side

of the store just on principal.
