I purchased a twin bed (Avalon Twin Uph. w/ FB Storage).
The first time they delivered it the bed was damaged, so the took it back. The second time they delivered it was damaged by they left the bed. They sent a repairman just to look at it, and he said I need new rails. So I've missed 3 days of work with nothing resolved.
Art Van claims that they are booked on the weekends, so they can not be more flexible with their scheduling. Now I have to miss a fourth day of work for I bed that I purchased in cash two months ago. When I called the camplaint, they did nothing to assist me. I was blown off.
Over the year and a half I have spent thousands of dollars at Art Van, and I find it sad that they are not willing to work with me. I will never purchase anything from Art Van again.
