very rude customer service and warranty dept.

bought a sofa and love seat with a 5 yr extra cost warranty.After 1 yr the leather started separating on all area's ....even where we did not sit.

Also the power reclining would not return to full upright position.

called warranty center and they said they would not do anything on both issue's and because we called that cancelled out any chance of getting our UNUSED warranty costs returned which we were told we would get back in full after 5 yrs with no paid claims.I will be shopping at the local furniture company which has honored their warranty's several times and beside's they have never charged me for delivery unlike Art Van's.
