bought a sofa,loveseat7 weeks ago .loveseat wrong color sofa damaged.10days later got right loveseat. was told id get a call for someone to inspect sofa called salesman Omega advised me g.m.
would call still hasn't. called Omega back and told him to send someone to pick this scrap up.was then told id have to pay a 15% restocking fee.
moral of story they'll sell junk and not care after you pay them.have now called credit card company, next channel 2news delivery men saw damage and salesman was sent pics. if you want junk and liars to take your hard earned money good luck!
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $700.
I didn't like: Terrible customer service.
