Art Van Furniture - NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY PRODUCT OR THE PROCESS OF REPLACEMENT
8 months ago my husband and I purchased a mattress from Art Van in Battle Creek, MI.and at the 6 month mark the mattress had already broken down, and had a huge divot in it where he sleeps.
It is so extremely uncomfortable he cannot even sleep in it any longer. COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! When you pay this kind of money I don't care for what it should last longer than 6 months!!!!! I called customer service and they sent someone out.
However, the mattress only measured and 1 1/4 depth and it has to be 1 1/2. Really, a 1/4 of an inch.
This product is obviously defective or of the poorest quality in the world.Art Van needs to make this right with us!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of art van furniture customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $2831. Art Van Furniture needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
