The weather finally got warm so just 13 days after receiving my gazebo I opened the box to assemble it. I sadly discovered a leg was bent about an inch making the whole product unstable.

Art Van won't issue a replacement part until I wait 2 and a half weeks for a service man to come to my home to view the bent pole and then possibly order a new one if he determines it's not repairable making the additional cost to the gazebo 2+ weeks of summer with no gazebo and a lost day of work because they don't make appointments, only give you a three hour window on a specific day. I could have bought a way better gazebo for the money this is costing me.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Product i received, Customer service, Lack of accountability for selling damaged goods.
