WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! When the furniture was delivered a piece was missing, when the delivery men were asked about it they stated "they do not work for Art Van and don't know" the same statement came from their supervisor.
We told them we would not sign until we could get an answer about the missing piece they proceed to pack up the furniture while we were on hold with Art Van. When we got an answer the furniture was back on the truck and they refused to give it to us. They said it had been called in as a refusal and we would have to reschedule. When we called to see if we could get our furniture sooner or pick it up they said it was headed out of state already even though it was only 4pm and would be available until our new delivery date.
Rude people all around. Poor customer service.
