I am beyond livid about the customer service we have received from Art Van. It has been one year since we purchased 6 parson chairs.

We have one chair that is a different color and pattern than other 5 chairs and 3 chairs with stains on them. Yes, we bought the protection, which is not a protection they apply to the chairs but a confirmation they will replace the chair if the stain doesn't come out (after 1 year I still have 3 stained chairs.) Service has been out many times. Customer service has made many promises without any follow up. Just made another call and was told they were sending 6 new chairs for the 3rd time.

We'll see if it happens this time. I have a whole house I could have filled with furniture but will not EVER shop at Art Van again.
