Purchased a dining room & living room set from Art Van in May 2017, with the extended warranty. Delivery was scheduled, everything was due to arrive, until the day of delivery, the table top was not put on the truck, but sent the pedestal base.

After several weeks, got nothing but the run-around regarding where the table top was, and close to 8 weeks later, told them to cancel the order, I was fed up. 4 days later, I get a call confirming the table would be delivered the following day, after I told them to cancel it. I also had several manufacturer defects in the furniture, and after months of getting the run-around and 3 service techs coming to my home, the furniture was not fixed, and the tech botched the repair so bad, I demanded a new sofa.

They continue to give me the run-around, will not return my calls. I am now disputing the charges with my CC Company and have contacted my local news to investigate.
