The frame we purchase was so cheap that it broke when my husband landed on the bed. My husband tried to repair the break with some apoxy that he had and because he attempted to repair the bed, we can not get a refund.
Apparently if we had not tried to repair the break, they could have had customer service inspect it to see if there was a defect and whether or not we would be able to obtain a refund. I am not happy with their customer service but most of all I am unhappy at the poor quality of their products.
