Ive had several problems since I purchased my Temperpedic from you guys and I have researched it and found out that a lot of people are having problems with their Tempur-pedic mattresses and I would like a refund or a replacement as soon as possible. I am getting sicker and sicker and this is not acceptable you shouldnt be selling some thing that could hurt people.
Absolutely unacceptable from such a well known place. You need to get in touch with me as soon as possible.

Yes on the loveseat Couch one of the foot ended up breaking and we cannot put it back because the wood underneath the fabric might be cracked

Warranty on recliner, bought from Art Van in 2019
I never received the money back on the warranty I paid of $122.00, when Art Van suddenly closed their doors! This has really upset me, and think I should be refunded.
Right now, I need a new adapter for the power for my recliner. It is model number KDDY001B. This is the 2nd one that has failed me! I was also told it could be cleaned at anytime, and that would be nice too.
I am not responsible for buying these continuous adapters, especially, with an extended warranty. I will be awaiting to hear from you!
