Art Van Furniture - Awful Quality
We bought several pieces of furniture a year ago, the recliner has been replaced already due to the seams ripping apart. Now the couch seams are ripping apart, the fabric has pilled terribly & guess what?!? My warranty just ended!! I will not PAY for a couch to be repaired that I bought ONE year ago!! My previous couch from Williams lasted 15 years!

Bottom Line is their sales people lie, customer service does minimal to assist and lie. They DO NOT LIKE GIVING REFUNDS! If you give them any amount of money they try to figure out how to not give it back and at last resort will tell you theyll mail it to you.
