Art Van Furniture - Terrible Management
Art Van internal customer Service is terrible along with upper management. Avoid Lakeside Art Van. even though turnover is high, which gives Art Van the excuse to avoid meeting customer issues that could be avoided. I will never buy from them now or in the near future
Art Van Furniture - Beat the *** Out of My House
I had a sectional delivered I purchased from them and the two delivery guys beat the *** out of my house. They sprung the front screen door, damaged my wall at the top of the stairs, gouged the woodwork at the bottom of the stairs, scratched the door and put a hole in my wall as one manhandled a section. Art Van Furniture - Forget fabric choice
Salesman handed me fabric swatches and said take yer pick. Haha, each one I chose was “can’t have that one.” He kept trying to steer me to buy what was already in their warehouses which IMO was not very good. I left the store after such looniness. Won’t spend a dime there, ever. Wasted my time.
