If am not getting my maintance as i should be since i bought the ins worth almost 350.00 i should get reimbursed for this, they shouldnt of asked to purchase this if they knew they were not going to respond as they should

Safety Concerns
The sales reps in the Woodridge location were not wearing their masks and would take off their mask when they were talking to you which made me extremely uncomfortable . My boyfriend and I are now experiencing symptoms of COVID which we believe came from that store that was super
Unsafe.
There were MULTIPLE employees (at least 5) that were not wearing masks.
Other furniture stores took much more caution like temperature checking, masks wearing, capacity check. I know art van is going out of business but they should still

You closed howell store im handicapped so y went out of business and I bought way over 10000.00 dollars worth of furniture and all the cleaning products. So y owe me 2 cases of products 2 cases of glass.

I have 5 year warranty on recliner purchased 2 years ago. Stopped working. Just want it fixed.
Just to say I'm happy.
I am kind of happy all of the stores are closing!! The customer service was horrible, and we see y'all don't care about the customers anyway.
I spent 10,000 on furniture. And its horrible!! But, we did get one great thing from this. Gardner-White and Value City and a lot of other places.
When the company is horrible. All you can do is say GOODBYE!! I'm mad about my warranty! But, the people that didn't care about their customs.
Lost more than we did. The only thing they're going to do is.
Open under another name. And still don't honor anybody's warrant!!!

I still have not received my furniture. They gave me two delivery dates and i still have nothing. The manager is rude and I'd recommend no one order anything from there
