I purchased a full size mattress set in June 2017, after about 7 months of use, I noticed a small rip in the mattress, In my assessment I think the fabric was dry rot. I contacted the store and they had someone assess it in about 3 weeks.

At first they wanted to deny my claim, but after more conversations they reassessed my issue and I was given a new mattress in about 3 weeks. My only concerned was the delivered men did not have shoe coverings for my carpeting.

I mentioned it to the delivery men and also the person who called for evaluation. Thanks for your concern regarding my purchase.
