Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We bought a mattress and it did not work for us. After a week we are trying to return the mattress and they say we have to wait to sleep on it for a month.

Ridiculous. we have not been able to sleep on it for 5 days and the store manager just laugh at me cynically when he said "sorry we cant take it back". Very mean and bad service.

They did not even ask if we wanted another mattress or go for a re-test, they just wont take the mattress back. It is really disappointing and frustrating, I cant understand what kind of policy is that you are expected to go for 30 days without sleep to test a mattress, totally unacceptable.
