I received my sectional 3days before thanksgiving. The 2nd day of me having my sectional in my home I noticed thread coming lose in two different pieces, and the console had an tare in it on the side.
I called art van the same day, they sent someone one out to repair the thread and he did a terrible job. So I called the store and ask them if they could replace the whole sectional,it's 7 pic . They told me no , cooperate denied my request also, but they did say the would switch out the 3pices. Me and my husband is very displeased, now we are worried about the thread coming lose on other parts of the sectional.
Not to mention we are still waiting on a piece of the sectional. And now we have to wait even longer wait for the 3 pieces there replacing because cooperate told there none in stock . We will never shop at art van again . They lost a customer.
Thinking about calling fox 2 news. Buyers be ware plse.
