We spent over $2,000 on a variety of furniture in February and we are still waiting for one of the items. I've reached out to their customer service about 10-15 times and I've only received one response.

They keep pushing the date back as to when my item is going to be available and they also won't release the free TV that I supposed to be getting with my order since all of the items haven't been delivered (mind you the pending item was less than $300). Calling them is a joke as the "Customer Service" representatives can't tell me anything and they shouldn't even be allowed to have an email address as they never respond.

I can't wait to get my item so I can never deal with this company ever again. I would never recommend buying anything from this place.
